On October 14, 2009, President Barack Obama signed the Executive Order 13515, reestablishing the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (Initiative). The Initiative works to improve the quality of life and opportunities for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders by facilitating increased access to and participation in federal programs where they remain underserved.
The goal for this program is to assist federal agencies who have a need to increase recruitment and hiring of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) in the workforce. This website provides information of applicants including students and recent graduates representing all majors and academic levels, all compiled in a searchable database system.
